What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and process owners to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable functional requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and implement technology solutions.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in the development of business cases, technology roadmaps, and analysis best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Previous experience in SAP or ERP project delivery.
- Experience working within large, international B2B organizations, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to delivery.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Recognized Business Analysis qualification such as CBAP or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting business transformation and digital change programs across multiple locations and countries.
