Salary: $91,200 – $107,000 base + commission

What you will do

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and appointments, averaging at least 55 calls per month.
• Achieve individual revenue and unit budget goals through consultative services tailored to each customer.
• Guide new customers through an onboarding process to foster long-term loyalty to the Unitron brand.
• Analyze market dynamics and utilize data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Manage travel and appointments to optimize logistics and expense management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical settings, medical device sales, or hearing aid sales.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical aptitude for hearing aid programming software.
