Localization Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Home office in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 95,200–138,710 per year, plus bonus eligibility and locally applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end localization projects across multiple languages, content types, deadlines, and translation providers.
• Operate and improve automated localization workflows connecting content management systems with translation providers.
• Manage linguistic quality checks, coordinate with vendor linguists, and resolve recurring translation issues.
• Maintain Translation Memory, glossaries, and style guides that support AI-assisted translation quality.
• Write, test, and refine locale-specific prompts for European languages, incorporating regional reviewer and field marketing feedback.
• Track turnaround time, quality, and cost metrics while documenting workflows, prompt engineering practices, and process standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading end-to-end localization projects for a large global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Smartling, Adobe Experience Manager, translation management systems, CAT tools, and automated translation workflows.
• Experience refining Translation Memory, glossaries, and style guides, including resolving inconsistencies, DNT mismatches, and glossary gaps.
• AI fluency, including selecting suitable AI use cases, communicating with AI systems, evaluating outputs, and applying responsible feedback loops.
• Understanding of HTML, web content structures, regex, localization automation, and CMS-driven web environments.
• Native-level fluency in at least one language in addition to English; German, Spanish, or French experience is desired.

Hiring process

• Within six months, the role is expected to independently own localization projects, workflows, terminology assets, and initial locale-specific prompts.
