Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days at the office or from home

Annual salary: $116,500–$173,250

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives.
• Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead functional projects and programs within the marketing function.
• Experience analyzing business trends and contributing to process improvements.
• Ability to work in the New York City hybrid arrangement with three office days per week.
