Localization Manager (E-commerce)

Location: United States (fully remote)

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead localization of web content, product pages, promotional campaigns, and digital assets across supported regions and languages.
• Manage translation quality assurance and audit content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, tone, and brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain localization style guides, glossaries, quality benchmarks, and quality-control processes.
• Collaborate with language service providers, regional stakeholders, and internal teams to manage localization pipelines and resolve market experience issues.
• Coordinate regionalization of currency, date formats, compliance content, metadata, keywords, product titles, descriptions, and imagery.
• Track localization projects and KPIs, provide status reports, and identify content issues affecting discoverability and conversion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in localization project management, digital content management, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of localization, translation workflows, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing multilingual content programs and international markets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Google Business Suite experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, International Business, Project Management, or a related field.
