Translation Project Manager (Localization)

What you will do

• Manage translation projects from initiation, planning, and execution through monitoring and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal requesters and external translation vendors.
• Ensure translation deliverables are delivered on time, within budget, and to corporate quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on delivered translations and use translation management and marketing asset platforms.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges, document translation processes, and prepare project reports.
• Contribute to global language initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Translation, or Languages.
• At least 3 years of translation project management experience.
• Experience in the language industry and computer-assisted translation and terminology tools.
• Excellent English required; knowledge of additional languages required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Process-focused, detail-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively.
