What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year technology and business transformation programmes from initiation through implementation.
• Establish programme governance and proactively manage risks, dependencies, timelines and decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Technology, Data and business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Manage third-party suppliers and partners, aligning delivery commitments with programme objectives.
• Adapt Agile, Lean, traditional and hybrid delivery approaches to programme and team needs.
• Improve delivery frameworks and portfolio practices while coaching and mentoring Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes in technology or digital environments.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide programmes with multiple workstreams, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong programme planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and budget management skills.
• Experience engaging senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.
• Experience adapting Agile, Lean, traditional and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills, with a commitment to coaching and developing others.

Nice to have

• Experience leading data modernisation, enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience developing programme management frameworks or centres of excellence.
