What you will do

• Manage the output and delivery of multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams.
• Own the creation and maintenance of roadmaps and project plans across multiple programs.
• Champion and mentor Scrum Masters and Project Managers in agile practices.
• Facilitate communication with senior client stakeholders and Product Owners to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage third-party partner agencies to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and resource utilization to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-pound digital technology programs.
• Deep working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies.
• Expertise in resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement at the Board level.
• Ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in complex technical environments.
• Strong communication skills for reporting status and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
