What you will do

• Own the end-to-end success, benefits realization, and strategic objectives of the transformation programme.
• Drive an agile, product-led delivery direction, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and technology layers.
• Manage the critical path, dependencies, and sequencing to protect delivery timelines and business value.
• Provide matrix leadership to delivery teams, including Senior Project Managers, engineering, and architecture leads.
• Establish proportionate governance and manage the programme RAID position to maintain momentum and control.
• Oversee programme-level financial management, including budget tracking and investment trade-offs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Strong track record in agile, product-led delivery and outcome-based management.
• Expertise in managing critical paths, dependencies, and large-scale change.
• Ability to operate credibly at the executive stakeholder level.
• Strong technical and commercial awareness, including understanding of architecture and data flows.
• Experience in enabling and developing delivery teams rather than directing task-level detail.
