What you will do
- Deliver complex technology and infrastructure programmes involving business and technical risks.
- Create and track programme plans, technical implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate virtual technology teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Assess technology trade-offs, delivery challenges, architecture implications, and engineering or infrastructure risks.
- Manage major incidents, governance processes, programme budgets, and monthly spend forecasting.
- Coach colleagues on programme management methodologies and tools while supporting effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology or infrastructure programmes across multiple teams, geographies, and third-party vendors.
- 4+ years of experience building credible relationships and influencing management and leadership teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence without formal authority and remain resilient during organisational change.
- Strong planning, organisation, reporting, financial forecasting, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Must be based in or near KrakΓ³w and willing to travel occasionally across Europe and the UK.
