Salary: 26,000–33,000 PLN gross per month under an employment contract.

What you will do

• Deliver complex technology and infrastructure programmes involving business and technical risks.
• Create and track programme plans, technical implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate virtual technology teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Assess technology trade-offs, delivery challenges, architecture implications, and engineering or infrastructure risks.
• Manage major incidents, governance processes, programme budgets, and monthly spend forecasting.
• Coach colleagues on programme management methodologies and tools while supporting effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology or infrastructure programmes across multiple teams, geographies, and third-party vendors.
• 4+ years of experience building credible relationships and influencing management and leadership teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and remain resilient during organisational change.
• Strong planning, organisation, reporting, financial forecasting, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Must be based in or near Kraków and willing to travel occasionally across Europe and the UK.
