What you will do

• Develop and execute Paid Social Media strategies for key markets including Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other third-party platforms.
• Lead the creative briefing process to define hooks and formats based on performance patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to iterate on high-converting creatives and landing pages.
• Manage social media budgets, pacing, and tracking (pixels, UTMs) to ensure ROI and campaign hygiene.
• Analyze performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR) to provide actionable insights and regular reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta and LinkedIn Ads, ideally within B2B SaaS or legal tech.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+) is required.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and experience with Google Analytics and tag management tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Milan, Italy.

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Flemish.
