Location: Milan, Italy. Hybrid approach, requiring office presence approximately four days a week.

What you will do
- Configure and launch programmatic campaigns across various DSPs, managing trafficking, pixels, and tags.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as reach, frequency, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creatives.
- Develop comprehensive programmatic strategies aligned with advertiser goals and broader marketing initiatives.
- Create and execute audience targeting plans using demographic, behavioral, and contextual data.
- Generate performance reports and collaborate with tech providers, agencies, and internal data science teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic buying, biddable media, or trafficking.
- Proficiency with main DSPs such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
- Experience with analytics and brand-safety tools (e.g., Google Analytics, IAS, MOAT, Comscore).
- Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager) and web debugging tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in Milan, Italy, to support the hybrid office model.
