What you will do

• Execute effective digital media plans based on defined budgets and client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day implementation and optimization of planning and buying activities.
• Analyze campaign results autonomously to identify trends and deliver competitive reports.
• Recommend tactical changes to maximize performance and escalate complex issues to management.
• Manage diverse campaign typologies including awareness, performance, data-driven, and retargeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams and external creative suppliers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media planning.
• University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising, or Marketing and Communication.
• Proficiency with Adserver and Analytics tools for result evaluation.
• Ability to use technology, including AI, to enhance client outcomes.
