What you will do

• Execute social affiliate programs by identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Deliver affiliate campaigns to increase product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Maintain communication with creators to provide performance insights and creative guidance.
• Monitor affiliate performance using platform-native analytics and internal dashboards.
• Manage administrative tasks including partner tracking, commission setup, and compliance checks.
• Stay updated on emerging social commerce trends and competitor activity across key platforms.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media, affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems and creator culture.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
