What you will do

• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of offline media campaigns including TV, Press, Radio, and Addressable.
• Manage high-level relationships with client Marketing and Media departments as a strategic advisor.
• Drive the integration of digital media, tech, and martech solutions into client strategies for a full-funnel approach.
• Oversee complex problem-solving initiatives and provide strategic advice on risk identification and assessment.
• Coordinate daily interactions across internal agency functions including Strategic, Digital, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct advanced competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations and market differentiation.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic media leadership or client management.
• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning and the evolving martech landscape.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing full-funnel digital strategies.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in Pharma or FMCG sectors.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
