What you will do

• Engage in discovery and problem-solving through workshops and conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions.
• Design user flows, interfaces, and information architecture for web-based digital products.
• Lead the design and prototyping process, creating low and high fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project understanding.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers in a global team environment.
• Build AI-powered tools including recommendation systems, adaptive learning, and conversational interfaces.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in user experience (UX) and user-centric design.
• Strong interest in designing educational products and innovative technologies.
• Experience running ideation sessions, identifying user needs, and collaborating with researchers.
• Experience in creating comprehensive, scalable product designs.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Miro, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
