What you will do

• Own UX for core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, progress tracking, and error recovery.
• Map and design AI states such as loading, thinking, acting, waiting, and failing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to translate user requirements into concrete design solutions.
• Conduct usability research to identify points of friction and improve user trust.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps with a strong portfolio.
• Solid skills in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to design for systems that are asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent.
• Strong understanding of user trust, control, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
