What you will do

• Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.
• Craft conversion-focused flows that are clear and trustworthy.
• Collaborate with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team from concept to shipment.
• Utilize AI tools to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on data and A/B testing.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to identify visitor friction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Generalist mindset covering research, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow for exploration and research synthesis.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for browser prototyping and engineering collaboration.
• Experience with analytics and testing tools such as Amplitude or Hotjar.
• A portfolio demonstrating the full design process, thinking, and outcomes.
