TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Serbia or selected EMEA countries)

What you will do

  • Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of the Figma design system, including components and patterns.
  • Own UX/UI tasks across the product ecosystem, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Ensure visual and UX consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing experiences.
  • Create product-related digital assets to support communication and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and sprints, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital product interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience scaling design systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Serbia or selected EMEA countries.
