Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

hirify.global is a 200-person fintech and BNP Paribas company building currency management automation software for CFOs and treasurers at mid-to-large corporates.

What you will do

• Own one Dynamic Hedging product variant and support the growth of another.
• Run client discovery, validate hypotheses, and gather market insights.
• Manage and prioritize an insight-driven product backlog.
• Write structured PRDs and make informed product decisions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineering and data.
• Define and track OKRs, document shipped features, train internal teams, and communicate product updates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product experience and practical experience across the product development life cycle.
• Background in treasury or corporate finance, with practical knowledge of FX derivatives.
• Experience running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering products in a structured PDLC.
• Scrum certification or equivalent hands-on agile experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independent execution, and ownership of outcomes.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance; CFA or similar is a plus.

• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• CFA or similar qualification.
