Product Owner (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and long-term product strategy.
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to guide product direction.
• Define product success metrics, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery in a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
• Document product decisions and knowledge in JIRA and Atlassian Confluence while helping remove delivery impediments.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, user stories, product requirements, JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Familiarity with or experience in a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and use data to support decisions.
