What you will do

• Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate strategy into high-quality PRDs and partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive user experiences.
• Manage scope, priorities, and delivery using Jira and Confluence, driving features from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing.
• Engage with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, and BaaS platforms.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to identify friction points and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
• Hands-on experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with APIs and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog and requirement management.
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms.
• Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations.
