Senior Product Manager - Card Issuing (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote, with remote options in Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, and the United Kingdom; locations also include Madrid, Amsterdam, Mariehamn, Berlin, Espoo, and London.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution within the card issuing domain, aligning product investments with business goals and customer needs.
• Identify and scope opportunities in collaboration with engineers, data analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead product development teams through discovery and delivery, ensuring releases achieve measurable outcomes.
• Develop and validate business cases using quantitative and qualitative data to produce pragmatic, risk-sensitive recommendations.
• Drive prioritization and delivery planning while balancing immediate customer value with long-term product strategy.
• Build cross-domain relationships and contribute to broader business opportunities and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with cross-functional leadership and ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience in payments, card issuing, financial services, transaction systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, particularly within ambiguous, fast-paced, and regulated settings.
• Strong strategic product thinking, commercial understanding, and ability to connect product decisions with business KPIs.
• Advanced ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proven collaborative leadership, product management expertise from discovery to delivery, and clear communication with technical and business audiences.
