Senior Director of Product (EoR)

Location: Fully remote and work-from-anywhere, with authorization to work in the country of residence and required availability within -5 / +3 UTC. The posting references EMEA, Portugal, Spain, the Americas, and the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end performance of the Employer of Record platform across the full employment lifecycle.
• Lead customer-facing workflows, internal tools, and employee experiences for hiring, onboarding, pay, benefits, time off, and offboarding.
• Set priorities and translate strategy into scalable roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics across multiple product teams.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop Product Managers and other product leaders.
• Lead complex, business-critical initiatives in partnership with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market.
• Build an AI-first product culture and use data, automation, and insights to improve operational velocity and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years managing Product Managers.
• 4+ years of experience in HR technology, Employer of Record, payroll, compliance, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience setting product or business-unit vision and strategy across complex, regulated domains.
• Experience leading multi-layered product organizations, hiring and developing product leaders, and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered and automation-driven product initiatives, data-informed decision-making, and scalable workflows.
• Fluent English and reliable home internet connection required; candidates must be able to work within -5 / +3 UTC.
