TL;DR

Senior Director of Product (HR Tech): Leading the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Employer of Record (EoR) platform with an accent on the end-to-end employment lifecycle and AI-first product development. Focus on scaling automated agentic workflows, managing a team of PMs, and navigating complex global regulatory environments.

Location: Remote (Must be based within -5 / +3 UTC)

What you will do

  • Own the product vision and strategy for the Employer of Record (EoR) platform across the full employment lifecycle.
  • Manage and grow a team of Product Managers, establishing high standards for product craft and discovery.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
  • Implement an AI-first culture to maximize operational velocity and scalability in product development.
  • Translate high-level business goals into scalable, outcome-driven product execution and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing PMs.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR tech, EoR, payroll, or B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based within -5 / +3 UTC time zones.
  • Proven track record of turning complex regulations into scalable, automated product workflows.
  • Experience leading multi-layered product organizations in high-growth scale-up environments.
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Hands-on experience driving AI-powered and automation-driven product initiatives.
