Product Management Senior Expert (AI/SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with 2 office days per week. Remote work from abroad is available under company policy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research customer and market needs, assess technical requirements, and analyze competitor approaches.
• Engage buyers, program owners, and co-development customers to validate problems and solutions.
• Build AI-assisted prototypes, lightweight services, and working demos before committing engineering resources.
• Drive product development across engineering squads, tribes, and platform areas while partnering with commercial teams on go-to-market.
• Define success measures and lead data-informed persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area from discovery through delivery in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Technical fluency with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• AI-native working practices across discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Experience or strong adaptability in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains.
• Strong problem framing, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required as the primary working language.
