TL;DR
Finance BI Scrum Master (Data & Analytics): Enabling efficient Agile delivery and ensuring the successful end-to-end execution of Finance Data & BI solutions with an accent on team facilitation, delivery governance, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on coordinating dependencies across data platforms and ERP/EPM systems while driving continuous improvement in Agile ways of working.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain

What you will do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate delivery activities across Finance, Data, and BI teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization.
- Track delivery progress using Agile metrics and ensure transparency across the organization.
- Identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting team delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles within Data or BI environments.
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Solid understanding of financial data, processes, and reporting requirements (ERP, EPM).
- Experience with data and BI ecosystems such as Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, or Power BI.
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
