What you will do

• Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for partners, defining experiences, channels, and timelines.
• Act as the project management hub between Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs, resolve bottlenecks, and keep integrations on track.
• Prioritize and track the distribution project pipeline based on impact vs. effort.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks to make partner onboarding faster and more scalable.
• Track and report project KPIs, including time-to-launch, coverage, and revenue ramp.

Requirements

• STEM/Engineering background is a must.
• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management, PMO, or operations, ideally in high-growth startups or e-commerce.
• Proven experience working in tech-startup environments.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Data-comfortable approach to tracking work and prioritizing via KPIs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distribution, trade partners, or marketplace models.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Jira, Monday, or Notion.
• Experience coordinating technical integrations.
