What you will do

• Research, document, and qualify leads to educate potential clients in the Nordic region.
• Execute consultative outbound calls, focusing on active listening and overcoming objections.
• Maintain accurate contact information and activity logs within Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure opportunities are accurately predicted and communicated.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
• Must be based in Berlin or have the legal right to work in Germany (No Visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven track record of meeting outbound call targets and time goals.
• Proficiency with technology and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
