What you will do
- Manage the sales forecast rhythm and pipeline management in collaboration with Global Sales Leadership.
- Oversee commission strategy, including refining plans, automation implementation, and payout management.
- Define KPIs and maintain sales dashboards to drive performance optimization and surface insights.
- Own the Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring smooth configuration in CPQ and integration with billing systems.
- Establish and manage the deal desk function, handling pricing approvals, deal structuring, and contract reviews.
- Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks to increase the day-to-day efficiency of individual sellers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales tech stack tools (CPQ, Forecasting, Sales Engagement).
- Expertise in designing and administering sales commission plans (e.g., Xactly, Spiff, CaptivateIQ).
- Prior experience working within a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
