Project Quality Manager

What you will do

• Lead project quality assurance activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Own quality standards, processes, compliance requirements, and project quality plans.
• Oversee manufacturing quality, inspections, audits, verification, and supplier quality reviews.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs to project and senior management.
• Manage quality communications with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Lead non-conformance resolution and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Quality Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing quality in manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy, or nuclear environments.
• Experience with project and process assurance, manufacturing quality programmes, supplier quality, audits, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, quality records, technical documentation, RCCM requirements, and ISO 9001; ISO 19443 knowledge is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to obtain required Security Clearance and meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard criteria.

• Nuclear New Build project experience.
• French language skills.
• Lean Manufacturing qualifications or practical implementation experience.
• Experience with international clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
