Quality Control Specialist (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Perform quality control testing for manufacturing, stability programs, environmental monitoring, and product release.
• Execute laboratory assays and analytical or microbiological methods in accordance with approved procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data and report results accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment, test methods, and system-related issues.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, quality systems, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use LIMS, TrackWise, DMS, or similar electronic laboratory and quality systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental, microbiology, or quality control laboratory.
• Experience with laboratory testing and analytical or microbiological methods.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations, data integrity principles, and documentation practices.
• Strong data analysis, trend recognition, investigation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in life science or a related field is preferred.
