What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key product areas to align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Define priorities based on market insights, customer feedback, and strategic outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of product discovery, planning, and delivery.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
• Utilize product analytics and qualitative research to validate decisions and iterate on released products.
• Act as the primary product representative for sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment, owning complex product areas.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to execute product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using product analytics and customer insights to measure success.
• Proficiency in agile product development and iterative delivery processes.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools to improve workflows and customer experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, AppExchange, or Salesforce-native products.
• Background in payments, events, communications, or event technology.
• Familiarity with higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.
• Experience mentoring other product managers.
