What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for flagship permitting and licensing solutions.
• Translate customer feedback and regulatory trends into a compelling product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering to create actionable user stories and manage product backlogs using Agile.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure product adoption and effective market positioning.
• Utilize AI, analytics, and data-driven business cases to drive feature prioritization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for government workflows, inspections, and land management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, GovTech, or workflow automation.
• Experience with permitting, licensing, or related government technologies strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of modern web frameworks like Angular or React and UX principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
