Compensation: $188,000 - $230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for a core product area, aligning it with business objectives.
• Lead hands-on product discovery, write specifications, and drive product decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to maintain quality standards and meet delivery deadlines.
• Instrument products, track performance metrics, and own post-launch outcomes.
• Translate customer insights into prioritized product decisions while ensuring an intuitive user experience.
• Develop go-to-market narratives and enablement materials for Sales, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, including significant tenure as a senior, lead, or principal PM.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products and fluency in AI tools for discovery and prototyping.
• Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to interpret metrics to drive results.
• Ability to operate autonomously and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
