Principal Product Manager (Telehealth)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies for telehealth-connected offerings, workflows, and customer experiences.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Design and optimize end-to-end telehealth journeys, including digital intake, provider review, and payment workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate telehealth platforms, healthcare systems, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and secure, auditable workflows.
• Utilize customer insights and business metrics to guide product decisions and measure impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environments.
• Proven track record of building 0-to-1 products and launching subscription-based models.
• Experience designing or integrating telehealth solutions and digital intake workflows.
• Strong understanding of regulated data management, privacy requirements, and healthcare compliance.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product strategies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SFCC, SFDC, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
