Senior Director, Global Head of B2B Branded Channels

Location: Singapore or Copenhagen, with an average of 3 days per week in the office under the hybrid work policy.

What you will do

• Develop and govern a sustainable commercial model for B2B Branded Channels.
• Drive the strategic expansion of the global partner and franchise store network.
• Implement the global retail operating model to improve store performance and growth.
• Deliver product and sales training for partner-led retail teams.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to drive commercial success.
• Protect global brand integrity across more than 900 stores and manage relationships with 60 partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience establishing partner-led retail frameworks or managing franchises within a consumer or lifestyle brand.
• Strong track record as a transformational leader who has elevated and professionalized a business or channel.
• Proven experience managing, motivating, and developing teams.
• Hands-on experience managing external partners or franchise networks and delivering results.
• Strong commercial expertise across partner management, franchise frameworks, shopper experience, operational levers, and store performance.
• Ability to influence senior partners in a matrixed organization, communicate clearly, and navigate ambiguity.
