What you will do

• Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, supervising warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of B2B and B2C orders within agreed SLAs.
• Design and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes, and KPI systems.
• Optimize workflows, manpower, and space requirements to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with product and regional operations teams to resolve system and process gaps.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment according to legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience in the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL, parcel delivery, or fulfilment service providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functionalities.
