Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, including supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse associates.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of B2B and B2C orders within agreed SLAs.
• Plan workflow, manpower, space, equipment layout, budgets, and action plans while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Establish warehouse procedures, quality controls, KPI systems, operating standards, and inventory management processes.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery partners and collaborate with product, regional operations, project, and business development teams to implement process changes.
• Deliver project-based and ad hoc warehouse solutions, optimize operations, reduce costs, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on warehouse operations and fulfilment experience, with exposure to third-party logistics, parcel delivery, or fulfilment service providers.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfilment operations.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of operational objectives, market dynamics, and commercial considerations.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize operational performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to new information, navigate ambiguity, and support on-ground warehouse activities when required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of solving problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Prior people management experience.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and key WMS functionalities.
