What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Drive technical direction with regional cloud engineering teams and align delivery capabilities with market and business needs.
- Manage escalations and critical engagements, resolving issues and stabilizing high-impact projects.
- Oversee project financial performance, including backlog, revenue forecasting, P&L ownership, and revenue recognition.
- Develop and mentor the local services team, strengthening delivery capabilities, continuous learning, and certifications.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners while identifying growth opportunities across Thailand and the region.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading cloud delivery in system integrator or services environments.
- Proven experience managing complex cloud projects and critical escalations.
- Strong understanding of project financials, P&L ownership, and revenue management.
- Solid knowledge of AWS and Azure; GCP experience is an advantage.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
