What you will do

• Manage team utilization performance, conducting regular check-ins and coaching on workload balance.
• Drive revenue and margin targets through rolling forecasts and capacity modeling.
• Optimize resource allocation and scheduling across business units to maximize billable focus.
• Maintain financial hygiene via timesheet governance and accurate PSA/ERP records.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Product teams on pricing, discounting, and scope clarity.
• Lead Certinia (PSA) operational excellence and develop reporting dashboards for performance trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams.
• Proven expertise in resource management, capacity planning, and forecast accuracy.
• Strong proficiency with PSA/ERP workflows (Certinia preferred) and financial reporting.
• Data-driven approach with advanced skills in Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
