Principal Business Consultant - Construction Technologist

Location: Brisbane, Australia; hybrid work with the option to work remotely or onsite at an hirify.global office. The role requires willingness to travel 30% of the time, including internationally.

What you will do

• Advise hirify.global’s largest construction customers on document management, data management, field workflows, and handover or turnover solutions.
• Analyze, improve, and implement construction processes and workflows.
• Lead consulting engagements, including discovery, requirements gathering, value documentation, estimation, and scoping.
• Apply change management expertise to the deployment of hirify.global solutions and enterprise-level transformations.
• Collaborate with account teams and customer stakeholders to align hirify.global solutions with broader programs of work.
• Represent hirify.global solutions at conferences and through whitepapers and blogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of hands-on construction industry experience focused on developing and delivering digital solutions.
• Experience with construction processes including document, project, quality, safety, handover, scheduling, and cost management.
• Strong communication skills, including workshop facilitation, meeting leadership, and impactful presentations.
• Ability to drive decisions, resolve issues, and explain complex topics to diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, including international travel.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Forma, hirify.global Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or InfraWorks.
• Knowledge of competitor construction solutions and advanced workflow implementation across architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Experience driving enterprise-level change and familiarity with ISO 19650.
• Experience or interest in AI, data strategy, and data management.
