TL;DR
Senior Business Value Consultant (Cloud Security): Develops strategic and financial business cases that demonstrate the impact of cloud security solutions, with an accent on ROI analysis, value selling, and customer transformation. Focus on leading discovery sessions, building multi-year roadmaps and financial models, and guiding customers from strategic alignment through realized business value.

Location: Remote - Australia. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship; travel up to 20% or more may be required.

What you will do

  • Create business cases, ROI analyses, strategic agreements, and multi-year value roadmaps.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to identify and prioritize business value drivers.
  • Partner with sales teams to define account strategies and prioritize value-based opportunities.
  • Guide customers from strategic alignment through measurement of realized business value.
  • Support commercial proposals, deal structures, and negotiation strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership, training, and consultative support to sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, value consulting, or business transformation roles.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback concepts.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Pricing, or Business Consulting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting qualitative and quantitative business cases.
  • Legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time or more.

Nice to have

  • MBA.
  • Experience in the cloud security industry and familiarity with enterprise cloud economics.
  • Understanding of enterprise data management concepts.
  • Experience applying AI frameworks to data synthesis and research.
