What you will do

• Manage client relationships and provide technology, digital, and business transformation advice across multiple industries.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges, friction points, and practical AI opportunities.
• Document current-state workflows and design future-state processes and operating models using analytics, RPA, AI, and intelligent workflow technologies.
• Define pilot-ready AI use cases with clear scope, success measures, data and integration considerations, risks, and governance guardrails.
• Build and review prototypes, MVPs, and pilot solutions while advising clients on readiness for scale.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, capability offerings, experimentation, and thought leadership on generative AI, agents, orchestration frameworks, and emerging tools.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of technology or management consulting experience.
• Experience in business transformation, digital transformation, product management, service design, business architecture, or process improvement.
• Ability to identify practical applications of AI and automation for business processes, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Experience translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong workshop facilitation, communication, presentation, storytelling, and report-writing skills.
• Systems and analytical thinking, a human-centered approach, and comfort working in ambiguous early-stage problem spaces.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data, analytics, AI, automation, or decision-support technologies.
• Experience redesigning business processes, workflows, or operating models.
• Familiarity with copilots, generative AI tools, or agent-based systems.
