Principal Transformation Consultant (SAP OCM)

What you will do

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale business and technology transformation programmes, including SAP-enabled initiatives.
• Design enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps, organisational readiness plans, governance frameworks, change metrics, and adoption dashboards.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to define outcomes, assess readiness, manage adoption risks, and connect change outcomes to business value.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness, and adoption activities.
• Coach executive leaders and change champions while managing resistance, dependencies, and organisational risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support client pursuits, proposals, thought leadership, and practice development, and mentor consultants across the Transformation Consulting practice.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering change for large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Ability to engage, influence, and advise executive stakeholders through complex organisational change.
• Expertise in enterprise change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, communications, learning, adoption, governance, impact assessment, and benefits realisation.
• Experience working with technology delivery teams across ERP, digital, platform, or enterprise modernisation programmes.
• Must be Sydney-based and able to regularly engage with clients on-site. Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, resources, energy, utilities, financial services, or other complex regulated industries.
• Experience working alongside global SAP implementation partners.
• Prosci, APMG, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience in consulting practice development, business development, thought leadership, human-centred design, experience design, or employee experience.
