Sr Consultant, Solutions Management (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work arrangement. Office attendance requirements will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Design and deliver holistic solutions addressing client business and technical needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical advice and demonstrate hirify.global products, capabilities, and integrations.
• Work directly with customers on product integration and optimization.
• Apply product, industry, technology, and systems knowledge to solution design and client support.
• Support sales as a technical product expert and advisor.
• Use digital tools, including Generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of core banking experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with product development methodologies and transforming business ideas into detailed technology requirements.
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, project management, and Agile development.
• Understanding of systems thinking, software development processes, API-driven solutions, and cloud technology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• 10 or more years of core banking product development or implementation experience.
• Hands-on technical awareness, including system architecture and APIs, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, clients, and government regulators.
• Experience operating independently and in matrix or team environments.
• Willingness to travel.
