What you will do

• Analyze card scheme business processes and design interchange and scheme fee logic.
• Gather and document business requirements and define reconciliation process requirements.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development team.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with Visa and Mastercard.
• Support the implementation and testing of payment solutions.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in the payments industry and experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes.
• Deep knowledge of interchange and scheme fees.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in process modeling using UML and BPMN.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• English and Russian language proficiency required.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
