Payments Product Manager / System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze card scheme business processes for Visa and Mastercard.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Design interchange and scheme fee logic.
• Define reconciliation process requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for development.
• Communicate with Visa and Mastercard and support implementation and solution testing.

Requirements

• Payments industry and fintech domain knowledge.
• Experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes, interchange, and scheme fees.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices.
• UML, BPMN, and process modeling skills.
• Experience writing functional specifications and using Jira and Confluence.
• English and Russian language skills required.
