Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (AEC)

What you will do

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of hirify.global solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and product expertise to achieve business outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success.
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users.
• Develop and update digital content solving specific customer challenges adhering to corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Expert knowledge of hirify.global Forma Build and Forma Data Management.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (bi-lingual or native).
• Ability to work from the Barcelona, Spain office.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Desktop tools and/or hirify.global Forma (formerly hirify.global Construction Cloud).
• Experience delivering technical training to large, demanding customers.
• Experience identifying and improving AEC workflow challenges.
• Experience working collaboratively with global teams.
