What you will do

• Analyze customers' current technical states to define IT strategies and identify key business outcomes.
• Advise customers on the adoption of cloud technologies, virtualization, containers, and other strategic technology options.
• Design conceptual solutions and manage the planning and execution of implementation work alongside technical specialists.
• Develop intellectual property, tools, and white papers to articulate domain-specific points of view.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and architects for complex consulting engagements.
• Spearhead comprehensive modernization programs encompassing people, culture, process, and technology.

Requirements

• Consulting experience with a "Big 4" professional services firm or a similar background focused on IT strategy.
• Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms, including virtualization, containers, and networking.
• Subject matter expertise in at least three domains such as Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Automation, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience in data modeling and analytical reporting using Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in IT Operating Models, Process Frameworks, DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• ITSM, ITIL, or COBIT certifications.
• Experience with process automation and automation frameworks.
• Strong business case development skills, including ROI and TCO analysis.
• Proven experience leading discovery and assessment workshops.
