EMEA Strategy Consultant (Health): Driving strategic initiatives to accelerate market expansion and sales effectiveness for Clinical Effectiveness products with an accent on data-driven insights and process optimization. Focus on developing tactical initiatives, managing KPI scorecards, and leading change management programs to enhance sales productivity across complex matrix structures.
Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain

What you will do
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify and monetize business opportunities.
- Support the development of GTM plans and provide data-driven insights for leadership meetings.
- Define and manage key performance metrics and KPI scorecards for sales roles.
- Standardize processes to strengthen account positioning and win rates.
- Lead change management programs to improve sales coaching and best practices.
- Develop forecasts, pricing studies, and manage project budgets.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters/MBA) in Business or related field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience in global, multinational enterprises and matrix structures.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Salesforce.com.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate unstructured situations into structured initiatives.
- Must be able to work onsite in Madrid, Spain.

- Working knowledge of other languages spoken in EMEA.
- MBA from a top business school.
