What you will do

• Coordinate customer product development projects from design through production.
• Represent hirify.global in technical meetings, customer visits, audits, and presentations.
• Manage technical communication between assigned customers and hirify.global's global organization.
• Monitor project timing, budgets, milestones, and corrective actions.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating the appropriate internal resources.
• Track automotive market trends and develop short-, medium-, and long-term customer strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or two years of related experience or training.
• Experience managing multiple customer or account relationships simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of contract negotiations and product development.
• General automotive technical knowledge, including powertrains, vehicle testing, and automotive product systems.
• Familiarity with OEM product development systems and processes.
