What you will do

• Manage technical change documentation and traceability throughout development projects.
• Coordinate engine and battery component development activities, including prototype and validation part tracking.
• Support production-line issue analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor testing activities, results, findings, and required follow-up actions.
• Prepare cost-optimization proposals and supporting data.
• Support project management through release-status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and progress monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience developing mechanical components.
• Knowledge of materials and their properties, engine parts and peripherals, basic mechanical engineering, and fluids.
• Basic knowledge of Pro-E, CATIA, or Creo design software.
• Fluent English required.
